A mews development on a site to the rear of Ely Place in Dublin 2 within the envelope of a previously granted residential development on the same site. The limitations allow for an unconventional strategy to successfully provide a range of natural light through roof lights and an internal courtyard that enhance the quality of the living spaces. Externally, the elevations are formed with board marked concrete punctuated with a series of metal framed flush panel glazing.
